佐野イズムを継承する人気店に入塾！ キレッキレな塩ラーメンが、とにかく絶品！！！ 麺処 ら塾@藤沢 藤沢駅から徒歩5分ほどの裏通りに ひっそりと佇むこちラ。 平日でも昼時は並びの列が途切れない ラーメンの鬼！で有名な 佐野イズムを引き継ぐ人気店。 オープン直後の11時30分過ぎ。 外待ち7名ほど（店内待ち含め）に接続。 店内に入れば外待ちの他に店内待ちも！笑 オーダーは塩ワンタン麺に味玉トッピン具。 回転率はそんなに良くはないので 着席まで30分ほどの待ち時間… 座った席はスープ入れ、麺上げまで 全てワンオペでこなす店主の目の前の席。 オープンキッチンなのでライブ感がすごい！ 丸鶏と野菜を煮込んだスープから ベースのスープを入れる様も確認しながら 平ざるで一人前ずつ湯ぎりする 職人技を見ながら幸せの待ち時間。 なみなみ注がれた熱々スープ。 めっちゃキレイに盛られているトッピン具。 キリッとした塩味に、 優しい甘みのある鶏油が良い塩梅のスープ。 すごく繊細な細麺はめっちゃロング。 コシが強くてツルツルシコシコ、超絶美味！ そして、ワンタンは皮を楽しむタイプでピラピラ。 好みのタイプでズルズル啜れる系。 いやー、総じて激ウマ〜っ！！！ もう美味しすぎて、ため息しかでない。。。笑 キレッキレな絶品塩ラーメン！ ご馳走様でした！！！ ↓以下注文したメニュー↓ 塩ワンタンメン ¥1,150 名古屋コーチン味付玉子 ¥120 ※税込価格、2022年9月訪問時の内容 ※過去の訪問店をゆるりと時差投稿中
